Why bring balance in the energies of a place?

Every place is unique. Has its own characteristics, context, past, and history… and therefore specific needs.

There is also a profound connection between a location and the beings who inhabit it.

Balancing the energies of the place has two primary objectives:

• To identify and neutralize negative influences present in the location that may impact the occupants.
• To optimize the energies of the space. This can mean enhancing the energy flow, and improving its alignment with the inhabitants or the activity taking place.

What are the potential negative influences on a site?

Negative influences can be diverse in nature:

• Natural influences: Subsoil characteristics, geological faults, underground water streams, magnetic and telluric grids, other geobiological phenomena…
• Artificial influences: Electrical and electromagnetic pollution (grounding issues, magnetic fields, high frequencies…), air pollution, unsuitable building materials…
• Subtle influences: Energy blockages, residual emotions, memory imprints in the walls, earthbound spirits, magic/rituals, charged objects, negative entities, memories and traumas on the earth’s energetic bodies…

These influences can have a significant destabilizing and/or draining impact, both psychologically and physically.

Which locations are concerned?

When is it recommended?

A complete balancing of the energies in a place is almost always beneficial.

While significant negative influences are not present in every location, it’s important to remember that all places have a long history. It is rare for a space to be radiating its full energetic potential; optimization is always possible.

It is particularly recommended:

• When there is a feeling of unease in a place (home, workplace, or a public space you frequent regularly).
• In cases of health issues (it is possible the living or working environment is causing or aggravating the problem, for example when devitalizing points are present at the bed).
• When a project on the site is stagnating or encountering a large number of unexpected difficulties (construction, renovation, business development…).
• Real Estate: when a property remains on the market for no apparent reason.
• Specific Events: to prepare (and cleanse) the energy of a location for a special event: a ceremony, celebration, etc.
• During any change: moving, renovating, a construction project, a change of activity… A balanced energy field will be supportive and can contribute to the smooth running of a project.

Service and Pricing

My interventions are mainly conducted remotely, a method perfectly suited to working with subtle energies.

While my presence on-site is not required for an effective result, I naturally value human contact and also enjoy discovering a location in its physical dimension.

For those who wish, the most personable approach is to meet for the on-site debriefing once the intervention is complete.

Service Process:

1. Initial Contact: (by phone / email )
   • We clarify your request
   • you provide information about the location: exact address, photos, and possibly a floor plan.
2. Assessment of Need / Possibility of Intervention:
   • Followed by confirmation of the pricing and the potential intervention timeline.
3. Remote Intervention:
   • Analysis and identification of negative influences.
   • Neutralization of the majority of negative influences.
   • Optimization and harmonization of the site’s energies.
4. Debriefing and Feedback:
   • About one week after the remote intervention, we review the work together. This is a time to listen to your feedback, provide detailed explanations of the work performed, and, if necessary, offer personalized advice.
   • Depending on your preferences and geographical location, this exchange can be organized by phone or in person (on-site or at another location).
5. Follow-up:
   Between 2 weeks and 1 month after the intervention, I verify the stability of the work and make adjustments if necessary.

Pricing:

Rates are established following the initial contact, based on your request and the nature of the location.

Reference price for a remote Energy balance:

Complete energy balance for a plot of land with a house or apartment (living area < 200m²): 215 EUR (excl. VAT) / 260,15 EUR (incl. VAT)

If you would like an in-person debriefing on-site (or a preliminary visit), the price will be adjusted based on the location (travel time and mileage costs).
